Course Overview

The HYPNOBIRTHING course is a CPD module which will examine the child-birthing experience and allay the client’s fear-based emotive reactions which can inhibit the birthing process.

Anatomy & physiology of pregnancy & childbirth
The role of fear-based emotive reactions
Resolving fear & anxiety
The role of the birthing partner
The ideal labour environment
Hypnobirthing techniques for breathing, visualisation, relaxation, self-hypnosis & massage
